Meet our Team

The Team Behind the Fleet

Welcome to our favourite page, the one where we get to talk about ourselves.
At Ridleys, our drivers share Jordan’s lifelong passion for quality coaches and are fiercely proud of every vehicle in our fleet. Each driver has a personal favourite (we won’t ask them to choose publicly), and countless memories have been made touring the country in our immaculately maintained coaches.

Meet our Founders

Jord & Becs Ridley

Ridleys was born in 2009 from Jordan’s lifelong obsession with coaches. After gaining his PCV licence in 2005 and learning the trade with a local operator (including, crucially, what not to do), Jordan and Becs purchased their first coach, “Lottie,” and the dream officially began.

Fast-forward 16 years, 57 coaches, and one truly regrettable haircut later, and it’s fair to say they haven’t done half badly.

Danny joined Ridleys in 2025 following a successful career with a London-based competitor. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our humble headquarters in the wild badlands of Warwickshire (no passport required… usually).

Luke Lewis

Operations Manager

Joining in 2012, Luke is one of our longest-serving office survivors. He’s played a huge role in the company’s growth, champions LGBT+ inclusion, and is the driving force behind “Saffie,” our famous rainbow bus. Typically found deep in scheduling chaos while simultaneously keeping the drivers in line.

Tom joined in 2023 after many years as a freelance driver. Armed with an impressive vocabulary, the gift of the gab, and an undeniable love of regulations, he’s become one of the best in the business. You can probably tell which parts of this page he wrote.

Karen joined in 2020 and leads our hugely popular tours department. With encyclopaedic touring knowledge and legendary attention to detail, she’s widely regarded as the bee’s knees of the touring world. Her tour packs are spoken about in hushed tones across the industry.

Naomi Kavanagh

Accounts Manager

Joining in 2021 with a degree in forensic accountancy, Naomi can sniff out a missing receipt from a mile away. She keeps payroll running like clockwork and possesses the rare talent of deciphering driver expense claims.

Louis Turner

Assistant Operations Manager

Assistant Operations Manager

Louis joined the company three years ago, starting in the tours department. After a spirited disagreement with HR, he moved into private hire and was later promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Known as the office comedian, Louis can often be found doing impressions of the MD, usually when he thinks no one’s watching.

Abbie joined the team in January 2026 and is our newest tours superstar. Fresh, enthusiastic, and already wondering why everyone drinks so much coffee.

Steve joined in January 2026 from the police. He brings not only expert knowledge of the law but also a calm, human approach to compliance and reassures everyone that we’re (mostly) doing things right.

Joining in early 2025, Reace is the yin to Karen’s yang. He oversees tour logistics with precision and diligence. What he doesn’t know about tours isn’t worth knowing.

Matt joined straight from school as a general office administrator, a gamble that paid off. He took to the industry like a duck to water and now expertly manages our private hire department after being promoted from within.
